I like kataku on iphone and find it useful. But there are two problems that I encounter that reduces its usefulness:

    1) The text font size is too small on iPhone. I really look forward to a bigger size.

    2) From time to time I would encounter a “Server not available” problem.

        Hi Helen
i am not sure if its due to iPhone IOS4, the Kataku app on my iPhone 3GS does not work. The input text box & the keyboard is there but not the 3 translate action buttons in the middle section. Can you please advise fix? Thanks

    Hi Helen,
I’m experiencing the problems as Lillian Kong has stated in her comment on the 27/06/10. After upgrading my 3GS iphone to the IOS 4 Kataku opens with the input txt box but the translate buttons below this box are missing. Are there any fixes for this issue available.

Yes, thanks, we are in the process of putting up a new AP for IOS 4. The problem is that Apple has not made the new OS backward compatible – and there are millions of complaints over the web about APs that no longer work! While we are trying to fix our own APs, I think it would be good if everyone, developers and users, complain to Apple. We may not be able to fix this current situation, but hopefully we can stop it from occuring again. Helen

        To Whom It May Concern:

I purchased this application online on the night of July 7th, 2010.

I would like a full refund. It should have been removed from the app store.

Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

        Helen
Many of us are faced with similar issues & there has been no update to the fix. We should get a refund for the app that does not work.
        Please revert ASAP

        Regards
        Lilian
